Cast Metal Letters

CAST METAL LETTERS

These types of letters are used to promote a business or building with a greater sense of permanency. Custom logos are constantly constructed for specific corporate customers.
With over 25 different typestyles and over 35 different standard enamel finishes, you are bound to find what you are looking for.
Cast metal letters offer a greater dimensional look because typical depths range from 1/4" to 1 1/2" depending on the height and style of the letter.
Aluminum finishes consist of Natural Satin, Baked Enamel, Clear Anodized, Satin Anodic.
Bronze finishes include Natural Satin, Oxidized, and Polished. They have stroke sanded faces with bead blasted returns.
For installation purposes, studs (metal threaded posts on the rear of the letters) are utilized. This allows for simple installations guided by marked templates.

CUT- OUT METAL LETTERS

Laser cut or routed letters are offered in aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, stainless steel and acrylic.

Flat cut-out letters are available in any height specified and in depths of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1"

FORMED PLASTIC LETTERS

These types of letters and logos are thermoformed from extruded Cellulose Acetate Butyrate. This is a thicker, more durable plastic with greater color consistency and surface quality. These letter and logos are unique in that unlike oil based acrylics, CAB is a wood and cotton based plastic giving greater impact resistance, weatherbility and more flexibility in recreating your designs.

The material used allows for a wide variety of designs of which many are custom. Corporate customers enjoy the visibility and lower cost of this type of product for regional offices, storefronts, high traffic locations and certain indoor uses.
